Utility Engineering & Procurement Partners was founded by Rod Tshunza, P.E., a California Civil Engineer with experience in civil/structural engineering, power infrastructure, utility engineering, engineered steel pole manufacturing, technical standards, project support, and grid operations-related workflows.

UEPP combines engineering experience with applied reasoning technology to help technical teams make better-supported decisions across engineering, infrastructure, compliance, operations, and project delivery workflows.
